Your contractors become an EU entity. You benefit too.
CD Europe incorporates a properly structured EU entity for your contractor. You contract with a registered EU company. There is no employment relationship, no EOR dependency, no VAT drag, and no compliance exposure. The contractor handles their own administration through us. It costs you nothing.
What changes — and what doesn’t
| Current situation | With CD Europe | |
|---|---|---|
| Invoicing | Personal or via EOR | EU entity — B2B invoice |
| VAT cash flow | 21% float per invoice | Zero — reverse charge |
| Compliance risk | High and growing | Minimised |
| Cost to you | €6,500 — €10,000+/year per EOR | Nothing |
| Ownership of structure | No | Yes — contractor owns their entity |
The invoice chain that solves everything
Your organisation receives a B2B invoice from the contractor’s EU entity. The reverse charge mechanism applies — no VAT changes hands. You self-declare and immediately reclaim in the same return. Net cash flow impact: zero.
What the CD Europe group handles for your contractor
CD Europe incorporates and administers their EU entity — registered address, corporate secretarial, compliance coordination. Booij Administratie Advies handles their bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, and annual accounts — billed directly to their entity. GDX Technologies provides their professional website, domain, and business email. The contractor pays for all of this — not you.
The EOR provider failure risk
If your contractor works through an EOR and that EOR has financial difficulties, their contract can evaporate overnight — and so can your placement. You have no control over this. With a CD Europe entity, the contractor owns their own structure. There is no third-party dependency. If CD Europe ceased to exist tomorrow, the contractor’s entity would continue operating independently.
